Sales Development Representative

eSpark Consulting Group is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be a key player in our growth journey.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Identify and qualify potential clients in the IT services and software industry.
  • Utilize various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media, to generate leads.
  • Generate high-quality leads and opportunities for the sales team.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand client needs and pain points.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
  • Analyze market data to identify new business opportunities.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our IT services and software offerings.
  • Engage with potential clients to create interest and build rapport.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies.
  • Provide insights and feedback to enhance lead generation efforts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation and conversion metrics to the management team.

 

 

Qualifications

 

  • Proven experience as an SDR in the IT services or software industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, software solutions, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools.

 

Education: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or similar field.

 

Experience: - Up to 1 year of experience.
