Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our sales team as a Sales Development Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads through outbound prospecting activities. Key Responsibilities:

 

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

● Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to identify potential prospects.

● Research and target new business opportunities to build a pipeline of qualified leads.

 

Qualification:

● Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and qualify them as potential customers.

● Utilize effective questioning and active listening techniques to assess prospect fit.

 

Database Management:

● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in the CRM system/Lead generation system. ● Regularly update and cleanse the prospect database to ensure data integrity.

 

Collaboration:

● Work closely with the sales team to pass qualified leads for further development and closure.

 

Reporting:

● Generate and analyze reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of outreach efforts.

● Communicate insights and recommendations to improve lead generation processes.

 

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Highly motivated with a proactive and positive attitude.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

● Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
