What You’ll Do
 

  • Efficiently manage and respond to inbound leads through various communication channels, showcasing a deep understanding of our products and services to determine their alignment with customer needs.
  • Engage with potential customers in a consultative manner, identifying pain points and articulating the value propositions of our offerings.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and qualification criteria in Salesforce.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product updates, and competitive landscapes to enhance your product knowledge and sales acumen.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure seamless lead handovers.
  • Achieve daily SLAs and monthly inbound quota.
     

What We’re Looking For
 

  • 1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles, ideally tele sales.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must, with the ability to engage and build rapport with international audiences.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and a desire to develop a career in sales, with a focus on lead qualification and customer engagement.
  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where priorities may shift, and the ability to adapt quickly is crucial.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage and prioritize a high volume of leads.
  • Experience using Salesforce, SalesLoft, or Genesys will be nice to have.
  • Experience in engaging with international audiences will be nice to have.
