Relationship Building and Nurturing:

- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams regarding customer requirements, market trends, and competitive insights.
Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, prospects, and sales activities using CRM software.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends.
- Analyse sales data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to optimize sales strategies and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the IT solution selling industry.
- Strong knowledge of IT solutions, such as software applications, cloud services, cybersecurity, networking, or infrastructure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with prospects effectively and build relationships.
- Ability to understand customer needs and articulate the value proposition of IT solutions.
