eSpark Consulting Group is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be a key player in our growth journey.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential clients in the IT services and software industry.
- Utilize various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media, to generate leads.
- Generate high-quality leads and opportunities for the sales team.
- Conduct thorough research to understand client needs and pain points.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
- Analyze market data to identify new business opportunities.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our IT services and software offerings.
- Engage with potential clients to create interest and build rapport.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies.
- Provide insights and feedback to enhance lead generation efforts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Provide regular reports on lead generation and conversion metrics to the management team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an SDR in the IT services or software industry.
- Strong understanding of IT services, software solutions, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or similar field.
Experience: Up to 1 year of experience.
