Description:
BitBytes is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to generate and close leads. The ideal candidate will have experience in Upwork, LinkedIn, and direct outreach techniques to drive sales and expand the company’s customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prioritize sales opportunities through market research and analysis
- Manage cold email campaigns and perform Data Extraction for ICPs (Ideal Customer Profile)
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to generate new business
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers and partners
- Negotiate and close sales deals with potential clients
- Continuously assess and improve lead generation and sales processes
- Collaborate with the technical team to understand the company’s offerings and communicate the value proposition to potential customers
- Proposal and presentation writing
- Sales operations such as updating CRM
- General administration such as meeting setting, diary management, and emailing potential clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role
- Must be proficient in Verbal and Written English. (No Compromise)
- Hands-on experience with CRM & Email Marketing software is a plus.
- Great networking skills.
- Proven track record of generating and closing leads
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with Upwork, LinkedIn, and other direct outreaching techniques
