Sales Development Representative is the first touchpoint for potential customers, so making a good impression is paramount. You’ll get the opportunity to further develop our sales process by uncovering potential customers whose businesses could benefit and grow using Joblogic and create new qualified sales opportunities. You’ll increase sales efficiency by ensuring these opportunities are passed to our Sales team to champion the relationship.

As a Sales Development Representative, You will be given comprehensive training on Joblogic and sales training to enable you to confidently make outbound calls to prospective customers to book them for a software demonstration.This is a high-touch, rapport-building position that requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal. The ideal candidate should be upbeat, self-driven, well-organised, share a passion for technology and a love for working in a dynamic and a fast paced environment.

 

Job Responsibilities:

● Making outbound calls to the prospects for booking demonstrations.

● Managing the leads pipeline and being on top of the leads with

● Maintain a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction

● Responds to end-user problems whilst thinking outside the box to provide bespoke solutions to individual customer needs.

● Ability to present complex technical information to non-technical audiences.

● Monitor and ensure 100% accuracy of all escalations and work requests throughout the day and consistently resolve, de-escalate, or further escalate to the relevant teams.

● Adapt to/learn new product enhancements quickly to include in training resources.

● Act as a backup to the other team members as per the workload/business requirement.
