Requirements:

· Must have good communication skills in English.

· 2-3 years of experience in the Telesales industry.

· Excellent phone presence and interpersonal skills.

· Active listening skills with the ability to build trust and establish rapport.

· Experience developing new business relationships with small, medium, and large-scale businesses.

· Capable of expressing various thoughts via email/chat.

· Should be able to provide complete and sensible responses.

· Ability to work night shifts.

Responsibilities:

· Probe and discover the needs of the customer and recommend the appropriate products using features and benefits.

· Manage the demand and supply of multiple products for the assigned state.

· Negotiate and properly handle objections with customers.

· Consult with customers to recommend and sell a variety of products and services to meet the customers’ needs.

· Provide customers with a positive sales and service experience.
