Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Nurture and deliver high-quality sales opportunities.
  • Connect with prospective customers via outbound and inbound activities (marketing generated leads) - you will be on the front line making cold calls and sending emails.
  • Perform the initial discovery and qualification calls.
  • Connect qualified opportunities to our sales team and arrange meetings.
  • Develop and improve our sales processes and sales systems.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough customer data in HubSpot.
  • Capture business intelligence from prospects directly (by phone or email) or indirectly (via online research) to arm our Sales team for success.

 

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of SDR experience in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Experience with building and improving lead generation processes, tools, and systems.
  • Have knowledge of modern demand generation practices and tools.
  • Proficiency with G Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, etc.), LinkedIn tools, and HubSpot.
