Freight Genie isn’t a software company or SaaS platform — instead, they offer hands-on sales and marketing support to help freight brokers grow their businesses. This is a fast-paced, fully remote opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative team, work with creative people, and make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:
🚀 Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospects, introducing Freight Genie’s services and effectively handling objections to book meetings.
🚀 Generate qualified meetings and identify new business opportunities through proactive cold calling.
🚀 Collaborate with the marketing team to refine scripts and develop outreach strategies that increase success rates.
🚀 Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls, lead generation, and appointments booked.
🚀 Provide regular updates and reports on call activity, lead status, and results.
🚀 Contribute ideas to enhance lead generation strategies and improve outreach techniques.
🚀 Assist in creating and optimizing cold call scripts.
🚀 Work closely with internal departments to ensure alignment and effective communication across teams.

Requirements:
✅ Proven experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or sales-related roles.
✅ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
✅ Ability to handle objections and confidently convey product value.
✅ Strong goal orientation, with a drive to hit and exceed targets.
✅ Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
✅ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
