We are looking for a motivated and skilled Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and play a key role in generating high-quality leads, engaging potential clients, and optimizing our sales pipeline through effective use of CRM tools.
Responsibilities
- Prospect, identify, and qualify new leads through research, outreach, and follow-up.
- Engage potential clients via calls, emails, and social media to generate interest in our services.
- Utilize CRM (experience with Zoho CRM is a plus) to manage and track leads, ensuring efficient pipeline management.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth lead handoff and track lead progression.
- Provide consistent follow-up to nurture leads and qualify them as sales-ready opportunities.
- Assist in setting up meetings and demonstrations for senior sales representatives.
- Keep detailed records of interactions and update CRM data to ensure accuracy.
- Analyze lead generation activities and provide insights to improve prospecting strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales development or similar lead generation role.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Zoho CRM experience is preferred).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
- Knowledge of lead generation techniques and familiarity with sales prospecting tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams.
