Primary Responsibilities

Lead generation: Identifying potential customers through various methods such as research, social media, and networking. Maintain leads across multiple verticals, products & solutions.
Outreach: Contacting potential clients via cold calling, emails, or social media to introduce the company's products or services.
Qualification: Assessing whether leads meet the criteria to become valuable customers by asking targeted questions and gathering relevant information. Brainstorm and decide on lead qualification metrics to properly qualify leads
Appointment setting: Scheduling meetings or demos between qualified leads. Have the base domain knowledge to to intelligibly communicate and explain a technical product/solution/service to the client.
Market research: Staying informed about industry trends, competitors, personnel and target markets to better understand potential clients' needs. Creating documents (Sheets, Docs) to effectively compare subjects of research and clearly synthesize information to identify key information.
CRM management: Maintaining accurate records of all interactions, leads, and prospects in the company's CRM System. Utilizing best practices and taking initiative to continuously improve the CRM System & Sales Processes.
Sales Automation: Using tools and scripts to automate processes that will create a streamlined experience for both the company and the clients.
Developing Product knowledge: Increasing end to end domain knowledge to understand Cowlar's offerings, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with potential clients.
Technical understanding: In a company like Cowlar, SDRs would need to grasp technical concepts related to their specific technology and industry to effectively communicate with potential clients.
Collaboration: Working closely with the marketing team to align messaging and with account executives to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads.
Performance tracking: Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as number of calls made, emails sent, meetings scheduled, and conversion rates among other metrics to ensure there is a data driven feedback loop that informs process improvement decisions.
Client education: Providing initial information about Cowlar's services, such as how their technology works and benefits potential customers. Effectively answering any questions regarding the company, maintaining a record of FAQs. Escalate questions that you do not know the answer to to the relevant team member.
Objection handling: Addressing initial concerns or questions from potential clients about the service, pricing, or integration with their existing systems.
Commercial Material Creation: Developing compelling visual and video content to showcase Cowlar's offerings effectively. This involves:
Graphic Design: Utilizing software like Figma and Google Slides to create visually appealing and informative slide decks, infographics, and other graphical assets. These materials should effectively communicate Cowlar's value proposition, product features, and benefits to potential clients.
Video Production: Using video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro to produce high-quality demonstration videos. These videos should showcase Cowlar's products and solutions in action, highlighting key features and benefits.
Script Writing and Storyboarding: Create engaging scripts and plan the structure for slide decks and demo videos. Develop a compelling narrative that highlights Cowlar's value, addresses pain points, and showcases product functionality. Strategically sequence information, visual elements, and key messages to create impactful presentations that resonate with the target audience.
Visual Storytelling: Employing effective visual storytelling techniques to make complex technical concepts accessible and engaging to a wide range of audiences, from technical experts to C-suite executives.
Brand Consistency: Ensuring all created materials adhere to Cowlar's brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in visual style, tone, and messaging across all commercial materials.
Feedback Integration: Collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams to gather feedback on created materials and iteratively improve their effectiveness.
Asset Management: Organizing and maintaining a library of created commercial materials for easy access and reuse by the sales team.

As an SDR at Cowlar, you'll be expected to masterfully adapt your communication style to engage a wide spectrum of audiences, from frontline employees to C-suite executives. This role requires the ability to articulate Cowlar's value proposition clearly and persuasively across various platforms, including phone, email, in-person meetings, and video calls. You'll need to translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable benefits, tailoring your message to resonate with different industry verticals and decision-maker roles.
Equally important is your ability to listen actively and relay critical information back to the technical team. After commercial meetings, you'll be responsible for clearly communicating prioritized client requirements and market feedback. Remember, in this role, communication is like oxygen - it must flow constantly and efficiently between all stakeholders to keep the sales process alive and thriving. Your capacity to maintain this continuous flow of clear, concise, and relevant information will be crucial to your success and the company's growth.


Requirements

Educational background is flexible; engineering or software-related field is advantageous

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting individual capable of immediate productivity

Professional proficiency in English is required; ability to navigate professional conversations in Arabic is a significant advantage for opportunities in Cowlar's GCC Outreach (Cowlar has an office in Doha, Qatar)
