Sales Coordinator

Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and ambitious Sales & Service Coordinator looking to make a real difference through their work. We, Alfa Marine Electronics is a leading provider for Inspection, Repair, and Maintenance for all Navigation & Communications equipment and offer different support to our clients. You will schedule services for our clients depending on the support package they have purchased. The position is based in KHI, Pakistan. This is a permanent role with Three vacant positions.

You will lead and manage the following

 Developing effective collaborative relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure retention and service expansion

 Acquire a thorough understanding of key clients’ needs and requirements

 Develop a detailed understanding of the features and benefits of the product and service for better understanding of the core functioning and further promotion to Clients

 Grow an exceptional relationship with both existing and new clients, expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives and needs

 Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner

 Works with minimal supervision, manages own time effectively, maintains control over all current projects and responsibilities.

 Strong communication and influencing skills

 Ability to work effectively within a team and across departments

 High energy and resilience in dealing with key issues and communications

 Adaptability to changing priorities and operational requirements

 Commitment to upholding confidentiality and sensitivity in workforce matters

Preferred Qualifications:

 Previous experience in a Sales and Service coordination role

 Familiarity with the operational dynamics of the service industry

 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Electronics Engineering or a related field

 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

 Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a dynamic environment.

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Excel, Outlook, ERP)

 Extensive product knowledge
