A Sales Consultant is responsible for identifying customer needs and providing solutions to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential franchisees through various channels including online research, networking events, and industry publications.
- Utilize existing networks and cold outreach to generate leads and expand our pool of potential franchise partners.
- Research market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for franchise expansion.
- Cultivate strong relationships with potential franchise partners, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the sales process.
- Conduct initial meetings and presentations to introduce our brand, values, and franchise opportunities.
- Address inquiries and concerns promptly, providing accurate information and guidance to prospective franchisees.
- Present franchise agreements and pricing structures to potential partners, highlighting the benefits and value of joining our network. Negotiate terms and conditions of franchise agreements in collaboration with legal and management teams.
- Close sales and secure signed franchise agreements, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly targets.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and promotional materials to support franchise sales efforts.
- Collaborate with operations and support teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new franchise partners.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchisees, serving as a liaison between corporate headquarters and individual locations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including prospecting efforts, meetings, and negotiations.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights for management review.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in the franchise sales process.
