Skills!

✅ Knowledge of selling Off Plan Properties & Ready to Move Properties.

✅ Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.

✅ Excellent communication skills.

✅ Minimum 3 years of Sales Experience.

✅ Must be fluent in the English language.

✅ Must have experience in coordinating and following up with leads.

✅ Receiving incoming telephone calls and assisting with leads inquiries.

✅ As well as maintaining an accurate record of all calls made and received.

✅ Having social media campaign experience.

✅ Exceptional customer service skills.

✅ Prepare periodic forecasts and progress updates toward sales goals

Candidates who have experience in real estate closing sales will be preferred

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
• 3+ years' of sales consulting or business development experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
