Responsibilities:

As our B2B Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales and expansion of Dhabeji Special Economic Zone. You will be responsible for:

- Identifying potential B2B clients and developing strong business relationships within the industrial and commercial real estate sectors.

- Crafting and executing targeted sales strategies to attract new businesses to set up operations in Dhabeji Special Economic Zone.

- Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry.

- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop compelling sales materials and campaigns.

- Negotiating and closing deals with potential clients while ensuring mutual benefit and long-term partnerships.

- Providing exceptional customer service to existing clients, addressing their concerns, and identifying upselling opportunities.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates who possess:

- Minimum 4 - 5 years of proven success in B2B sales within the industrial and commercial real estate sector.

- In-depth knowledge of industrial zoning, land development, and leasing practices.

- A strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, driving revenue growth, and expanding market presence.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, combined with a strategic mindset.

- A passion for building and maintaining long-term client relationships.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
