Description:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Sales Closer to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will conduct 45-minute sales calls with potential clients and be responsible for converting leads into loyal customers. You will also follow up with prospects who have taken the call but haven’t made a decision yet, ensuring that they feel supported and informed throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging sales calls with potential clients to present our services and close deals.
- Utilize provided scripts and resources while also demonstrating the ability to adapt and connect authentically with prospects.
- Employ NLP techniques, objection handling strategies, and methods to reduce sales resistance during calls.
- Proactively follow up with prospects who have not yet made a decision, addressing their concerns and guiding them toward a resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and deal progress in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the appointment setter and marketing team to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of closing deals.
- Strong knowledge of NLP, objection handling, and sales resistance reduction techniques.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with a professional accent and a warm demeanor.
- Ability to think on your feet and engage prospects genuinely, beyond just following a script.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to sales.
- Previous experience in the roofing or related industry is a plus.
