Expedey, a software consultancy firm, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Closer to join our team at our Karachi office. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in our sales process by converting mature leads generated through marketing campaigns. This is an onsite position, offering the opportunity to work closely with our sales and marketing teams to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Conversion: Engage effectively with mature leads generated through PPC campaigns, understanding their needs, and converting them into clients.
- Sales Process Management: Manage and follow up with potential clients through the sales cycle, ensuring timely responses and professional communication.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business challenges and proposing solutions that align with Expedey’s offerings.
- Negotiation: Conduct negotiations and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the client and Expedey.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance, including conversion rates and client feedback.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and project delivery.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve closing strategies and overall sales performance.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a closer role, preferably in a software services agency, with a proving record of closing deals.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of PPC campaigns and digital marketing concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Language: Fluency in English and Urdu is required.
