We are seeking a skilled and results-oriented Sales Closer to join our team. This is a remote, full-time position requiring a reliable internet connection, a laptop, and proficiency in English. You will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, presenting our services, and successfully closing sales deals.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Engagement
- Engage with customers through phone calls, messaging and emails, to understand their needs and present our services.
- Provide tailored solutions that align with client requirements and objectives.
Sales Closing
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term client relationships.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales closing.
- Strong understanding of the e-commerce, and large business sectors.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- English proficiency is a must.
- Ability to work remotely in the US time zone with a reliable internet connection and laptop.
