Sales Call Representative

Description:

We are looking for a Sales Call Representative with truck dispatching call experience to join our team in Lahore. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will manage inbound and outbound sales calls, handle customer inquiries, update customer records, and meet sales targets. You'll also be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Handle inbound and outbound truck dispatching sales calls professionally

✔ Address customer inquiries and provide tailored solutions

✔ Maintain and update customer information in the system

✔ Meet and exceed sales targets

✔ Build and nurture customer relationships through effective follow-ups

✔ Stay updated on products and services through sales meetings & training

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Experience in truck dispatching calls is required

✅ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

✅ Strong sales call handling & follow-up skills

✅ Ability to manage customer relationships effectively

✅ Organized & time-efficient

✅ Familiarity with CRM software (a plus)
