Sales Business Development Manager

As the Business Development Manager at SCS, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth through proactive business development, client management, and marketing strategies within our Recruitment and Staffing division. This multifaceted role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for building relationships, identifying opportunities, and contributing to the success of both clients and candidates. This position offers a competitive base salary along with a commission structure, providing significant potential for earnings. Key Responsibilities:

 

Business Development:

  • Identify and engage potential clients within the recruitment and staffing sector through strategic outreach and campaigns over email, LinkedIn, and direct calling.
  • Book meetings with key decision-makers to understand their recruitment needs.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients using lead sourcing and generation tools.
  • Develop creative and engaging content for social media postings, presentations, and marketing materials within the recruitment and staffing division.
  • Loop in manager for deal closure after initial meetings and contract signings.

 

Marketing:

  • Promote the agency's brand and services through various activities such as LinkedIn postings and marketing, webinars, job fairs to enhance visibility.
  • Develop marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract clients.
  • Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and case studies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns aligned with business goals.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, HR, or similar.
  • Proven experience in B2B business development and marketing within the recruitment industry, with a minimum of 5 years in the required industry/role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident to be a front runner.
  • Strong organizational abilities with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Experience with recruitment, email campaign, and lead generation tools (Apollo, ZoomInfo, Close CRM, Reply.io and etc.)
  • Skills in content creation and design for social media postings and presentations are assets.
