Description:
We are looking for a results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive with experience in the IT design industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT design sector.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
Understand client needs and offer tailored design solutions (web design, branding, UI/UX, etc.).
Manage sales pipelines, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Work with the design and marketing teams to create compelling proposals.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to refine sales strategies.
Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Requirements:
Experience: 2 years in sales, business development, or account management in the IT design industry.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of web design, UI/UX, branding, and digital marketing.
Sales Skills: Proven ability to generate leads, pitch services, and close deals.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with sales platforms, and digital communication channels.
Networking: Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
Self-motivated: Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience selling on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, or social media.
Understanding of IT project lifecycles and design workflows.
Prior experience in a digital agency or software company.
