Description:

We seek a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to identify, qualify, and convert potential clients for our market-leading plugin solutions and custom project services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the plugin development industry, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Client Acquisition and Sales:

  • Identify and research potential clients within the target market for both our plugin solutions and custom project services.
  • Developed and executed effective email marketing campaigns to generate leads for plugins and custom projects.
  • Conduct outreach through various channels (e.g., social media, networking events) to build relationships with potential clients.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers.
  • Present the value proposition of our plugins and custom project services to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and competitive advantages.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals for both plugins and custom projects.

 

Market Research and Strategy:

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities in the plugin development space.
  • Identify new market opportunities for our plugins and develop strategies to penetrate them.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs and preferences for plugins and custom projects.

 

Relationship Management and Support:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction with both plugins and custom projects.
  • Collaborate with the development team to address client needs and ensure their success using our plugins and custom solutions.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the software or technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of plugin development, plugin marketplaces, and current plugin trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present effectively.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in email marketing tools, CRM software, and sales methodologies.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
