Sales Associate

Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our Building Finishes Department. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, drive sales growth, and promote our extensive range of building finishes products.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Provide expert product knowledge and guidance to customers (builders, contractors, architects, designers, and homeowners).

2. Meet and exceed sales targets, expanding customer base and increasing revenue.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

4. Process sales transactions, handle customer inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.

5. Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and product information.

6. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and competitor activity.

8. Participate in product training, workshops, and sales events.

9. Ensure display areas are well-maintained, stocked, and visually appealing.


Requirements:


*Education:*

- Bachelor Degree in Marketing or in a related field (Construction Management, Interior Design, Architecture) preferred


*Experience:*

- 1-2 years of sales experience in the building materials, Paints or construction industry.
- Experience working with builders, contractors, architects, designers, and homeowners
