Sales Assistant

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, helping them find products or services that meet their needs.

2. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.

3. Sales Support: Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets by providing product information, processing orders, and facilitating smooth transactions.

4. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, replenish shelves, and ensure products are adequately displayed to maximize sales opportunities.

5. Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall shopping experience.

6. Visual Merchandising: Contribute to maintaining an appealing and organized store layout to attract customers and boost sales.

7. Cash Handling: Accurately handle cash transactions, process payments, and maintain cash registers.

8. Sales Reporting: Assist in tracking and reporting sales performance data, including daily and monthly sales reports.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
