We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales and Operations Manager to join our team in the packaging industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, overseeing packaging projects, and ensuring efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Sales Management: Lead and manage the sales department to drive revenue and business growth. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.
✔ Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
✔ Packaging Solutions Oversight: Work closely with clients to understand their packaging needs and recommend customized solutions. Oversee the production and delivery of packaging products.
✔ Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of sales representatives and support staff to ensure goals are met and operations run smoothly.
✔ Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and ensure the company’s offerings remain competitive.
✔ Project Management: Oversee packaging projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality control, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
✔ Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with the production, design, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution of packaging orders.

Qualifications:

✔ Proven experience in sales and operations management in the packaging or related industry (food, beauty, or custom packaging preferred).
✔ Strong leadership skills with a track record of leading high-performing teams.
✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
✔ Knowledge of packaging materials, production processes, and quality control.
✔ Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage budgets, forecast, and track KPIs.
✔ Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
