➢ Utilize various channels, including phone calls, emails, social media, and networking events, to reach out to potential clients and establish meaningful connections.
➢ Understand and effectively communicate the unique strengths and qualifications of our candidates to potential employers, highlighting their suitability for specific roles and organizations.
➢ Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities through active lead generation and consistent follow-up.
➢ Act as a trusted advisor to both candidates and employers, providing guidance, information, and support throughout the interview process.
➢ Collaborate with our internal recruitment team to align candidate profiles with market demands and employer preferences.
➢ Stay up to date with industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
➢ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress in our CRM system.
➢ Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
Requirements:
