Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation and Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by generating, nurturing, and converting leads across various marketing platforms, with a focus on Google Ads, Bark, Upwork, PeoplePerHour, and social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential leads within the target market segments.
- Create and implement effective lead generation strategies using various platforms, including Google Ads, Bark, Upwork, PeoplePerHour, and social media.
- Engage with prospects through personalized outreach, emails, calls, and social media to initiate conversations and establish rapport.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless lead handover process.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional services to existing clients, maximizing revenue opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to refine lead-generation strategies and techniques.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in lead generation and sales, preferably within the digital marketing or related industry.
- Experience with Google Ads, Bark, Upwork, PeoplePerHour, and various social media platforms for lead generation and client acquisition.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for building relationships.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to effectively upsell and cross-sell services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
