The Sales and Business Development Executive will play a crucial role in driving new business opportunities and expanding our presence in the market. This role involves working closely with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and propose solutions that leverage Bugfree’s technology offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients in the technology sector.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.
  • Create and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure long-term business growth.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that proposed solutions accurately address client needs.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to articulate the value proposition of Bugfree’s services.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of market trends, competitors, and industry insights.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role in the IT or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of software and technology solutions and their market applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to cover US and UK shifts.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
