Euro Foods, a leader in Pakistan’s frozen food industry for over 27 years, seeks a Sales & Marketing Specialist to drive integrated marketing strategies and foster collaboration between sales, social media, and marketing teams. This role focuses on planning and executing impactful ATL, BTL, and digital campaigns while ensuring alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of creativity, analytical thinking, and leadership to enhance our brand’s visibility and drive sales growth.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Integrated Strategy Development: Design and execute marketing plans that align sales objectives with ATL, BTL, and digital marketing strategies, including social media.

• Social Media & Digital Campaigns: Collaborate with the social media team to create innovative campaigns, track performance metrics, and ensure content aligns with sales goals.

• Campaign Management: Plan and oversee marketing initiatives, events, and promotions across digital and traditional channels.

• Collaboration & Coordination: Act as the key liaison between the sales and marketing/digital teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies.

• Market Research & Analytics: Conduct market analysis to understand consumer behavior and trends, using data insights to inform strategies.

• Budgeting & Vendor Relations: Manage campaign budgets efficiently and coordinate with external vendors or agencies as needed.

• Performance Reporting: Deliver reports on campaign outcomes, including ROI and KPI metrics.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in related field

• Hands-on experience with ATL and BTL activities.

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing tools and analytics platforms.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.

• Knowledge of emerging social media trends and tools.
