Job Responsibilities:
Outreach & Lead Generation:
- Proactively identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities through targeted sales efforts, including cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
- Design and execute marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences and drive inbound inquiries.
Sales Strategy & Process Development:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes that align with company goals and maximize lead-to-close conversion rates.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine sales and marketing strategies based on performance data and market trends.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and positioning Webrange Solutions’ services as tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences through clear communication of Webrange Solutions’ unique value propositions.
Pipeline & CRM Management:
- Manage sales and marketing pipelines using CRM tools, tracking activities, analyzing performance, and reporting on progress.
Market Insights & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor strategies, and growth opportunities within the tech services sector.
Content & Brand Development:
- Partner with internal teams to create compelling content for campaigns, including case studies, success stories, and thought leadership articles.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all sales and marketing channels.
Collaboration with Technical Teams:
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure solutions align with customer requirements and Webrange Solutions' capabilities.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a sales and/or marketing role within a software development or tech services company, with a proven record of achieving sales targets and driving brand engagement.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to effectively convey technical and marketing concepts to a broad audience.
- Sales & Marketing Process Knowledge: In-depth understanding of sales methodologies, marketing tactics, and B2B service-oriented environments.
- CRM & Marketing Tools Proficiency: Experience using CRM software and marketing automation tools for managing leads, campaigns, and reporting.
- Customer-Centric: A passion for understanding client needs and delivering impactful solutions that foster long-term relationships.
- Results-Driven: Highly motivated, with a commitment to achieving and exceeding objectives.
