Description:
Assist the CEO and creative director in planning, coordinating and
organising all activities related to marketing and sales operations.
• Key responsibilities would include:
Sales Operations:
• Order Management: Monitor and manage the end-to-end order process,
ensuring timely fulfilment and delivery of customer orders.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain and optimize the CRM
system, ensuring accurate data entry and leveraging customer insights to drive sales
strategies.
• Sales Reporting: Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly sales reports,
identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to improve sales performance.
• Inventory Management: Coordinate with the operations and production team to
ensure adequate stock levels are maintained to meet sales demands.
Marketing Operations:
• Campaign Coordination: Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of
marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, influencer
collaborations, and paid advertising.
• PR coordination: Maintaining a continuous communication with existing retail
buyers. Coordination with the international press office in New York and Paris.
• Content Management: Support the creation and scheduling of content across
various marketing channels, ensuring consistency with brand messaging and visual
identity.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing
campaigns, providing data-driven insights to optimize future initiatives.
• Customer Engagement: Manage and respond to customer inquiries on social
media, email, and other platforms, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Business development: leading to identifying new markets and buyers both
locally and internationally
Cross-Functional Support:
• Collaboration: Work closely with the design and operations teams to ensure
alignment across all business functions.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational improvements and
implement solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness in sales and marketing
activities.
• Event Support: Assist in the planning and execution of virtual and in-person events,
such as pop-up shops, product launches, and trade shows.
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in sales operations, marketing, or a similar role,
preferably in the fashion or e-commerce industry. Fresh graduates can also
apply.
• Deep understanding of popular and emerging social networks
• Self-starter with strong initiative, ownership and accountability for business
• Knowledge of photoshop is a plus (not a requirement though)
• Knowledge of Shopify backend management is a plus (not a requirement
though)
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Good planning and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a
fast-paced environment.
