Description:

As a Junior/Mid-level Sales and Distribution Person, you will play a key role in driving the sales and distribution channels of our company. You will work closely with our sales team and channel partners to expand our market reach, increase sales revenue, and ensure efficient distribution of our products/services to customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and company objectives.
  • Manage relationships with distributors, retailers, and other channel partners to optimize sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking.
  • Provide training and support to sales teams and channel partners to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and generate reports to evaluate sales strategies' effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and finance, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of sales and distribution activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, distribution, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and channel partners.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
  • Prior experience in [specific industry or relevant sales/distribution channels] is a plus.
