Sales and Customer Services Specialist
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Customer Services Specialist for office in Lahore.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in sales or a related field
- Ability to participate in training sessions and learn sales techniques
- Familiarity with sales management principles
- Ability to complete financial assessments for consumers in debt
- Ability to return client calls promptly
- Capability to follow up with clients to offer further assistance
- Skill in reviewing and suggesting amendments to budgets to improve cash flow and reduce expenses
- Ability to educate consumers on their rights
- Formulate strategies to resolve debt problems
- Ability to complete tasks as required by management
