Description:

Key Responsibilities

 

Engage with customers over the phone to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services.

Follow provided communication scripts while adapting them as needed for different customer situations.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase sales.

Take ownership of calls from start to finish, including follow-ups with other teams when necessary.

Meet daily and monthly sales targets for revenue, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.

Provide feedback on process improvements to enhance call center efficiency and effectiveness.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

 

1 years of experience in a US-based call center, preferably in a sales role

Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills

Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

Proficiency in multitasking and time management
