Sales Administrator

 

Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Sales Administrator to join our growing team in Islamabad. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our sales department, ensuring efficient operations, and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

 

Responsibilities:

 

· Handle and process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.

· Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

· Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

· Provide excellent customer service to maintain and enhance client relationships.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales records.

· Input and manage data in our CRM system.

· Assist the sales team in preparing proposals and presentations.

· Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.

· Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.

· Coordinate with the logistics team to track shipments.

· Generate sales reports for analysis and decision-making.

· Assist in preparing performance metrics for the sales team.

 

Requirements:

 

· Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.

· Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
