Description:
As a Sales & Account Executive, you will be pivotal in driving revenue growth and fostering strong client relationships. This position requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage and grow key accounts. The Sales & Account Executive will identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Visit clients, and conduct cold calls, emails, and presentations to potential clients.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and address their inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Understand clients' needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, best practices, and market trends.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals to clients.
- Negotiate terms and close deals in collaboration with the sales team.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
- Work closely with clients to understand their evolving needs and offer additional solutions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Provide feedback to the team on market demands and potential opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, account executive, or business development roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships at various organizational levels.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Have driving license.
