Sales Account Executive

 

Description:

As a Sales & Account Executive, you will be pivotal in driving revenue growth and fostering strong client relationships. This position requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage and grow key accounts. The Sales & Account Executive will identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and meet sales targets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Visit clients, and conduct cold calls, emails, and presentations to potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and address their inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Understand clients' needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, best practices, and market trends.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals to clients.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their evolving needs and offer additional solutions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Provide feedback to the team on market demands and potential opportunities.

 

 

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, account executive, or business development roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships at various organizational levels.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Have driving license.
