Sales Account Executive

 

Description:

We are seeking a Sales Account Executive who will drive revenue growth by building and nurturing client relationships. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, conduct outreach to potential customers, and manage a pipeline to achieve sales targets. This position is ideal for a proactive individual with experience in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster long-term client relationships, particularly within the hospitality industry.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
  • Conduct cold calls, client visits, and online/offline product demos for potential customers in the hospitality sector.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or others.
  • Establish long-term client relationships with venue owners, restaurant managers, and other decision-makers.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing tailored solutions.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics using CRM tools, sharing insights with the sales team.
  • Prepare and present proposals and demos that clearly communicate Egora’s platform benefits.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals in collaboration with the internal team.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance existing client relationships.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to refine strategies.
  • Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to align offerings with customer needs.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, ideally in the restaurant/cafe/hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a proven ability to close deals.
  • Experience with CRM software (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and sales analytics tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently and in a team.
