Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Sales Specialist (Tech, IT, SEO) at SelectaSol. The Key Sales Account Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, account management, communication, relationship building, and customer service. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and recommending appropriate solutions. The Sales Account Specialist will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Take transfers from the Sales Development Representative, and convert the transfer into revenue.
  • Conduct follow-ups and close sales with a high conversion ratio
  • Closing ratio of 70%
  • Previous experience as a closer in IT, Tech, Software, AI or SEO industry will be preferred.
  • Minimum experience of 1 year as a closer in the above mentioned relevant industry.

 

Requirements:

  • Great communication Skills in English, with proficiency as either a professional or Native.
  • Able to have a natural conversation, and not requiring a script
  • Industry experience of minimum two years, specializing in selling to US and Canada Clients.
