Description:
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Representative with experience in the construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our construction services, cultivating client relationships, and closing deals to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Present and demonstrate our construction services to clients effectively.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about project scopes, pricing, timelines, and terms.
- Collaborate with project managers and estimators to develop competitive proposals and quotes.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to ensure successful project engagements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- 3+ sales experience in the construction industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand technical details and effectively communicate them to clients.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in sales within the construction industry is a plus.
