Safe Scrum Master

Responsibilities:

• Act as a Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams in a SAFe environment
• Facilitate the Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective) and ensure team adherence to Agile principles and practices
• Work with the Product Owner and development team to prioritize and refine the product backlog
• Identify and remove impediments to team progress and coach the team to become self-organized and empowered
• Track and communicate team velocity and progress towards sprint and release goals
• Collaborate with the Service Delivery Owner to ensure alignment with program and portfolio goals
• Set up team boards for both Kanban and Scrum, and create customized reports and dashboards in Jira
• Set up team artifacts in Confluence and ensure they are up-to-date and relevant
• Act as a Scrum Master/SDO during an Agile Transformation and guide the team towards successful adoption of Agile practices
• Continuously improve the team's agile practices and processes, and share best practices with the wider organization
• Work on large-scale applications, databases, managed upgrade, and migration projects
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Agile and SAFe practices, and other agile concepts such as CI/CD, Test Driven development (TDD), Behavior Driven Development (BDD), etc.
