Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a RSM Regional Sales Manager at ShahCo Medical Pvt. Ltd. in Lahore. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Sales Management, Strategy Development, and Customer Relationship Management skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Experience in the healthcare or medical industry
• Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
• Knowledge of Bio-Medical Engineering is a plus
