Sufi Sons Collections is hiring Sales Associates to join our retail team in Faisalabad. We are looking for individuals with strong customer service skills who can assist customers, provide product information, and contribute to sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers and provide excellent service.

• Assist customers with product selection and purchases.

• Maintain store displays and ensure a neat shopping environment.

• Process transactions and manage billing efficiently.

• Assist in inventory management and stock organization.

• Use sales techniques to achieve sales targets.

• Work collaboratively with the team and contribute to store success.

Requirements:

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in sales and up-selling techniques.

• Knowledge of inventory management and store display maintenance.

• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Prior retail experience is a plus.

• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
