Restaurant Sales Operations Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Sales Operations Manager to lead and grow our restaurant client segment. This role involves managing the sales pipeline, understanding operational needs of restaurants, implementing POS solutions, and ensuring long-term client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a background in restaurant operations and a strong aptitude for sales and client management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the sales process for restaurant clients from prospecting to closing deals
• Understand client pain points and recommend tailored POS and operational solutions
• Oversee implementation and ensure smooth onboarding of restaurant clients
• Collaborate with technical teams for customization and deployment of systems
• Conduct training sessions for restaurant staff on system usage
• Monitor client satisfaction and provide ongoing support
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build long-term relationships in the food and beverage sector

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant operations, sales, or a related field
• Hands-on experience or understanding of POS systems is preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong leadership and client management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
