- **Operational Efficiency:** Ensure high efficiency in a busy, small-scale operation.

- **Financial Management:** Handle cash and card transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure the till is balanced.

- **Problem Solving:** Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.

- **Inventory Management:** Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in a managerial role.
