SalamFest, a non-profit community organization, is seeking a Research and Report Writing Intern to assist in conducting research, drafting reports, and preparing grant applications. This role offers valuable hands-on experience in research, writing, and project management within the non-profit sector.

Key Responsibilities:

📊 Research: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on topics related to community development, arts, culture, and social impact.
📝 Report Writing: Prepare well-structured reports, policy briefs, and funding proposals.
📑 Grant Writing: Assist in drafting and editing grant applications and project documentation.
📈 Data Analysis: Summarize research findings and provide actionable insights.
📌 Project Coordination: Support project management tasks, including planning and documentation.
📢 Content Development: Contribute to newsletters, blogs, and social media content.
📂 Administrative Support: Maintain research databases, track deadlines, and coordinate with stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

🎓 Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Social Sciences, Journalism, Public Policy, Communications, or a related field.
📖 Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
🖋 Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
📑 Experience in academic writing, grant writing, or report preparation is an advantage.
🗂 Strong project management and organizational skills.
💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Workspace.
