Research Analyst

Description:

We are seeking dedicated and proactive Research Analysts to help source and connect industry experts with our clients. This remote, commission-based role requires strong communication skills, consistency, and a results-driven approach. You will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and onboarding industry experts through email and LinkedIn outreach while ensuring successful expert submissions and client bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Send outreach emails to experts and clients using Zoho
✔ Message potential candidates on LinkedIn and encourage sign-ups
✔ Source, review, and verify expert profiles for client projects
✔ Ensure expert submissions meet client requirements
✔ Track and monitor expert participation to earn commission credits

Requirements:

✔ 0–2 years of experience in lead generation or recruitment (Fresh graduates welcome!)
✔ Active LinkedIn profile with at least 100+ connections
✔ Availability for 8 hours per day (Flexible timing but daily effort required)
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset

Compensation & Earnings Potential:

💰 $80 per credit (Earned when an expert completes a 60-minute call)
💰 $3 per submission (Earned when a valid expert profile is submitted)

Example Earnings Calculation:

📌 10 credits = 10 x $80 = $800
📌 30 submissions = 30 x $3 = $90
📌 Total potential earnings: $890
