OPTIMUS is looking to onboard a dynamic and highly motivated Remote Professional - Business Expansion to join our growing team. In this position, you will be crucial to our company's growth by generating leads, conducting market research, and identifying Request for Proposals (RFPs) online. Your work will directly contribute to our business expansion efforts and market intelligence.

WHAT WILL YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

Lead Generation:

Research and identify potential leads and prospects within our target market. Utilize various online platforms and tools to build and manage a pipeline of potential clients. Engage in outbound prospecting activities to establish initial contact and interest.

Market Research:

Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior. Analyze market data and gather insights to inform our business strategies. Prepare reports and summaries of findings for internal use

RFP Hunting:

Monitor online platforms and databases for relevant Request for Proposals (RFPs) and contract opportunities. Assess RFP requirements and determine their alignment with our capabilities and goals. Coordinate with relevant teams to prepare and submit RFP responses.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of lead interactions, market research findings, and RFP responses. Generate regular reports on lead generation, market trends, and RFP outcomes.

What an ideal candidate looks like:

• Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Business Studies or any related field
• Proven experience in lead generation, business development, or related roles (ideally 1-2 years of experience)
• Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret market data.
• Familiarity with online platforms, databases, and tools for lead generation and market research.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of the industry or market segment is a plus.
