  • In this position, you will be part of with the Agile Transformation team. You will interact and support the DTS/TSG stakeholders/teams and work to increase the effectiveness of SAFe/Agile practices and overall business agility in DTS and TSG.
     

Responsibilities
 

  • Manage and optimize the flow of value through the Agile Release Train (ART).
  • Facilitate ART practices and PI execution, including but not limited to PI readiness, SAFe events and summarize team PI Objectives into ART PI Objectives.
  • Escalate and track impediments, manage risk and ensure delivery of value and relentless improvement.
  • Assist in tracking the execution of features and capabilities and with economic decision-making by facilitating feature and capability estimation by teams.
  • Work with Product Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment.
  • Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters/Team Coaches in Lean-Agile practices and mindset; foster Communities of Practice and the use of engineering and Built-In Quality practices.
     

What We’re Looking For
 

  • SAFe RTE Certified with 2+ years working in SAFe environment as an RTE.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Technology, or Operations.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills required, as is a focused attention to detail.
  • A person with a ‘Team First’ mindset and the ability to build and sustain trust at all levels across the organization.
  • Emotional intelligence, level-headed diplomat, skilled listener, and clear communicator, with strong empathy traits, able to remain objective and constructive in all situations.
  • Demonstrable experience in facilitating, leading, and influencing in a globally distributed organization including delivery of hands-on training and coaching of defined Agile practices to individual teams and programs.
  • Ability to develop and foster teamwork. Ability to gauge how the team is doing and to drive the necessary actions to improve.
