We are currently seeking skilled professionals for our Karachi office to join our team as Relationship Managers for the Priority Customer Segment. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for providing efficient, accurate, and timely services to individual priority insurance customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strong relationships with present and prospective clients
• Proactively resolve client queries and complaints in the shortest possible time
• Serve as the main point of contact for priority clients
• Troubleshoot and address client issues and concerns effectively
• Provide regular updates to clients regarding their insurance renewals
• Update client information and set up accounts for new and established clients
